’Life-long learning’ is the motto of the competition in which our school is participating between 2008 and 2010. Within the framework of Comenius School Partnership Programme we are working together with the teachers and students of our partner institutions: the Evangelisches Gymnasium (Lippstadt, North-Rhine-Vestfalia) of Germany, I.E.S. Diego Rodrigez Estrada (San Juan del Puerto, Andaluzia) of Spain, and Scuola media Losapio (Gioia del Colle (Bari), Puglia) of Italy.
Our common topic is water, which will be worked out by each school independently according to the specific features of natural geography, history and culture of these countries. We will be contacted via Internet, but we can meet personally as well during the students’ exchange programmes. These special occasions are suitable for knowing each other more intensively, working on and studying the given topics and the students will be able to make presentations of their completed pieces of work and results.
The part-topic of our school is the historical importance of the River Danube and the research work of our medicinal waters and their usage.
Beyond this we would like to introduce the landscape of Hungary to our partners in a joyful way from the point of view of our students laying special emphasis on our waters.
On our website you can see our results, pieces of work and the activity of our partners. Have a nice surfing on the Net.
