A 2014-es évben indult útjára az Európai Unió új programja az Erasmus+, mely az oktatásban szereplők számára nyújt lehetőségeket a továbbfejlődésre, a felzárkózásra, az új lehetőségek megismerésére. A program három területen kínál fejlesztést a résztvevők számára: 1) tanárok, oktatók és a szakképzésben tanuló diákok mobilitása, 2) iskolák és oktatási intézmények együttműködése, 3) szakpolitika és az ifjúságügy támogatása.
Az Erasmus+ pályázatunk a nyelvi előkészítő osztályokban tanító nyelvtanárok továbbképzését célozta meg, hiszen itt tartjuk a legfontosabbnak a naprakész nyelvtudást és a legfrissebb módszertani ismeretek alkalmazását.
A KA1-es tanároknak szóló mobilitási program jóvoltából három tanárnak volt lehetősége külföldi továbbképzésen részt venni 2014 nyarán. Magyar Ibolya Brightonban (Egyesült Királyság), Baranyainé Tóth Judit Regensburgban (Németország) és Tóth Krisztina Máltán kapcsolódott be módszertani-, illetve nyelvi kurzusokba.
Bár a továbbképzések helyszíne különböző volt, a közös téma és cél egy fedél alá hozta a sokféle ismeretet, módszertant és tudásanyagot. Mindhármuk számára lehetőség nyílt az élő nyelv legújabb fordulatainak elsajátítására, különféle tanítási technikák kipróbálására, a kultúra alaposabb megismerésére és a célország más és más helyeinek bebarangolására.
Honlapunkon szeretnénk megosztani az érdeklődőkkel a fotógalériánkat és a tudástárunkat, melyből ötleteket meríthetnek a nyelvtanításhoz, illetve a nyelvtanuláshoz.
About our Erasmus+ project
Our grammar school has chosen the following title for the KA1 project: ’Use of modern pedagogical and methodological tools in preparation for the A-level Matura language examination and advanced language exams in special language classes’. The new governmental measures forced language teachers to face challenges which can be fulfilled only by using the latest methodological and pedagogical techniques.
With this application we supported the learning mobility of three teachers of our school who teach in special language classes and had taken part in exchange and other mobility programmes before. Concerning the results, these colleagues acquired not only professional knowledge but they developed a good relationship with other participants of the course by which we can improve our partnership.
These courses in various foreign countries also opened up new perspectives for us since experiencing interculturalism, EU notions and multiculturalism could be realised only in such an environment. The courses met the expectations and goals set by the school staff and management. All of them could develop their language skills in the highest degree, fulfilled the necessary methodological development and met teachers from other countries. These courses involved activities like developing general language skills, providing very practical teaching ideas, creative ideas for teaching grammar, techniques for teaching pronunciation, using the internet and CALL, using storytelling and drama. These institutions, however, offered various activities (i.e. sightseeing, films and social programmes) for the participants that also helped them explore the aspects of the local culture and everyday life.
Preparation for the project had been a joint task in which, after having determined the main goals, our management, the contact teacher, language teachers and also the employees of the local school district had assisted in the phase of the preparation.
The expected outcomes of the project can be realised on various levels but the main impact from the participants is the one on our institution: higher language skills, greater use of materials and tools, wider outlook on civilization and new partnerships that can be considered long-term possibilities for us.
